Noritsu enters strategic alliance with Moblico to benefit photo retailers

Moblico, Kansas City, Mo., provider of integrated mobile solutions that acquire, retain, transact, and support customers, entered into a strategic alliance with Noritsu America Corp. Through a reseller agreement, Noritsu will offer Moblico’s mobile marketing solutions that are specifically designed for the unique needs of photo retailers. By adding Moblico’s suite of mobile business solutions to its own line of services, Noritsu now provides instantaneous marketing and sales tools to the photo retailer and imaging industry, enabling retailers to generate new revenue streams with mobile. Photo retailers will have access to targeted and personalized mobile-based services that complement their existing marketing efforts. Additionally, through Moblico’s SnapShop mobile application, photo retailers can create a branded smartphone app that allows them to receive and process print orders directly through customers’ cameraphones, further extending the store experience beyond the physical location.

The Moblico platform enables photo retailers to instantly broaden their effectiveness through mobile in a number of ways, such as the expansion of their customer database, increasing product offerings and sales, driving more in-store traffic, improving customer service, and delivering custom communications to consumers. Additionally, Moblico says their platform helps  reduce direct marketing costs by more than 50 percent. The platform also provides real-time analytics, allowing retailers to track and measure their efforts’ effectiveness and customer behavior. Some of the ways photo retailers have been leveraging Moblico’s platform include delivering targeted services and offers for specific groups of customers, send unlimited instant coupons or deals to contacts, drive direct sales and gifting at any time or place, deliver personalized communications and alerts, and fine-tune distribution, usage and time of offers for maximum impact.
